Free Shipping on Orders over $50

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 on ShopRoulstons.com. To activate the offer simply add $50 dollars of qualifying merchandise to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page. After inputting your Shipping Address Information you will notice that the Standard Shipping option will be available free of charge!

Any orders under $50 will be charged our standard $5 delivery shipping and delivery charge.

Home Delivery and Shipping Information

We ship most orders within 24 hours of order receipt. In the event all products in your order cannot be provided, a Roulstons's Customer Service Representative will contact you by phone and or email.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery to Your Home

Our Home Delivery service is the most convenient way to get your favourite items from Roulston's Pharmacy. Items ordered before the designated cut off time will be conveniently shipped arriving at your door within 24 hrs of order receipt. 

  • Step 1: Shop for your Favourite Products
  • Step 2: Check to see if Free Delivery is available for your order.
  • Step 3: Enter your shipping information during checkout.
  • Step 4: Relax and wait for your order to be delivered to your home.

Do I have to be at home to receive my order?

Our delivery partner has been instructed to safely drop your parcel off at your front door, ring or knock on the door, walk back to their delivery vehicle and call to notify you order has been delivered. 

If our delivery service feels the location is unsafe the parcel will not be safe dropped.

What if I am not available when the delivery partner arrives?

If you are unavailable at the time of the delivery, your order will be sent back to the originating store location and you will be contacted by phone or email to arrange an alternate method.
